Terms of use

Conditions for using this informational site.

Updated: 12 October 2026

1. Operator

This website is operated by Giulio Calmetta, Friedenheimer Brücke 19, 80639 München, Germany. Email: request@brainpocket.app. See the imprint.

2. Scope

This informational website presents BrainPocket and its capabilities and design. Visiting the site does not create a user account, grant an app license or establish a paid subscription. Any separate app or beta access may require additional terms.

3. Product descriptions

Illustrations and app previews can be demonstrative rather than live views. Supported integrations depend on permissions, provider policies and configured app capabilities. Features may change.

4. Availability and intellectual property

We aim to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Original designs and brand assets are reserved by their rights holders. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

5. Applicable rights and contact

Mandatory rights under applicable German and EU law remain unaffected. For questions contact request@brainpocket.app.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, to the extent legally permitted. For consumers habitually resident outside Germany, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected. Munich, Germany, is agreed as the place of jurisdiction only where an agreement on jurisdiction is legally permissible, in particular under § 38 of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO). Mandatory jurisdiction rules for consumers remain unaffected.

7. Website information and AI features

Information and illustrative demonstrations on this website do not constitute individual professional advice. Where AI-generated content, reminders or integrations are provided through the separate app, output can be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed and should be checked before decisions are made. This does not limit mandatory rights or statutory liability.

8. Third-party integrations

Todoist, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple ecosystem features are subject to user authorization, provider availability, technical compatibility and applicable third-party terms. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners; no partnership or endorsement is implied.

9. Liability

Liability remains unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and in other cases where statutory liability cannot be excluded. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability may be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the agreement where permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. This website information page is not a substitute for separate user terms for a deployed app.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

Where no mandatory duty or binding commitment to participate applies, the operator does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This statement must be verified against the actual business and any applicable obligations before publication. Mandatory information duties in an individual dispute remain unaffected.
