1. Data controller
Giulio Calmetta, Friedenheimer Brücke 19, 80639 München, Germany. Email: request@brainpocket.app.
2. Accessing this website
This website is hosted through Hostinger. When you visit, the host may process IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser information, and security/server logs to transmit the website and maintain service reliability. Processing for operating and securing this site is generally based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The exact Hostinger contracting entity, infrastructure location, log retention periods and data-processing agreement must be verified against the active hosting account.
3. Cookies and analytics
The website code supplied in this package does not deploy analytics, advertising pixels, non-essential cookies or third-party font services. The static site does not include account registration or personal-data submission forms.
4. Emails and requests
If you email request@brainpocket.app, we process the sender address and content to answer the request. Depending on context the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(c) where a legal duty applies. Relevant statutory retention duties may apply. The actual mailbox provider and operational retention schedule must be verified.
5. BrainPocket app and connected services
The BrainPocket app is separate from this informational website. Its configured connection ecosystem includes Todoist, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple ecosystem capabilities. These connections require suitable authorization and may process calendar events, tasks, account identifiers and associated metadata depending on enabled features and granted permissions. Visiting this website alone does not connect your accounts. Before broader app use, the operational app privacy disclosure must specify which data are accessed, stored, transferred or deleted; exact processors, recipients, international transfers, retention limits and user revocation/deletion methods, based on the deployed configuration. The presence of an integration does not mean every function is available to everyone.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it for future processing. Contact request@brainpocket.app. You may also complain to an appropriate supervisory authority; the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA) may be competent for private-sector processing in Bavaria.
7. International transfers and changes
International transfers, if any, depend on the actual hosting, email and app providers and their configurations and must be disclosed and assessed as applicable. This notice will be updated when the website or underlying data practices change.
8. Supervisory authority and contact
You can contact the controller at request@brainpocket.app. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR. The precise processing purposes, recipient agreements, storage periods and international transfers for the app must be verified and documented separately before the app is made available to other users.
